What makes a useful review
A paragraph beats a single star-rating.
A few honest sentences from your session help the next family decide whether a Highland-cow portrait is right for them. You don’t have to write any of these specific things — but they’re the kinds of details other visitors tell us helped when they were researching a photographer themselves:
- — What session you booked (family, couple, engagement, individual).
- — What the afternoon actually felt like meeting the herd.
- — What the photos ended up doing for you — framing them, sending them to grandparents, using one for a website.
- — What the kids / herd / fences / pasture looked like once you were on the property.
- — How the photos were delivered, and how long that actually took.
- — Anything you wish you’d known before you booked.
A paragraph plus a star rating is the most useful review. Five stars and a sentence is still the kind of note that helps; the length doesn’t matter, the honesty does.
